Terms of Service — Parakram AI

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Parakram AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Parakram AI provides software that assists users during live interviews by transcribing speech, detecting questions, and generating suggested responses on a private overlay or in-app interface. The Service is intended as a productivity and preparation tool.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the Service. You must:

Comply with all applicable laws, employer policies, and third-party platform terms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Not use the Service in situations where assistance tools are prohibited
Not misrepresent AI-generated content as guaranteed accurate or authoritative
Not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid plans and credits are billed through Razorpay. Prices are shown before checkout. Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for failed service delivery; contact support within 7 days of purchase.

6. AI disclaimer

Answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must review all suggestions before using them. Parakram AI does not guarantee interview outcomes, employment, or accuracy of generated content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parakram AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
